How To Unlock Your Full Potential (For Dummies)

These are non-negotiables I believe you need if you want to get closer to your FULL potential:

  1. Healthy brain and body
  2. Dopamine fasted brain (natural state)
  3. High-quality stream of information

1) Healthy brain and body.

Your brain is very much affected by what you do. What you do to it (and your body) will influence the quality of your experience.

An example of this is exercise. It releases neuromodulators that foster growth and learning, changing and optimizing the structure of the brain.

Eat well. Sleep well. Exercise well.

2) Dopamine fasted brain (natural state).

A dopamine fasted brain is a brain that wants to do things.

From my personal experience after I'm dopamine fasted, I become:

I believe dopamine fasting increases your functional IQ.

Because dopamine fasting influences your focus, so you're able to do higher quality work.

And it also makes you stick with tasks longer, so you end up doing "more" and therefore achieving "more."

You can't unlock your full IQ if your reward system is dysfunctional.

3) High-quality stream of information.

Your brain is an open system and your "outputs" are influenced by your "inputs."

If you consume higher quality information you will produce higher quality thoughts. Period.
